Elite-Q™ Bladder Carcinoma Control
This product provides positive and negative controls for FISH testing using DNA probes.
Each slide contains 1 positive control (top circle) showing gains for various chromosomes including CEP3, CEP7, CEP17 and deletion on 9p21 and 1 negative control with normal diploid pattern (bottom circle). The positive control is prepared from a fixed cultured bladder cancer cell line and the negative control is prepared from a fixed cultured normal prostate cell line.
Control slides should be store at -20° C.
