To Place an Order

We accept phone, fax and e-mail orders. For your convenience, use the order form below. If you are a new customer wishing to issue a purchase order, please complete the credit application form below.

Payment Methods & Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, business checks and purchase orders. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. Invoices are due net thirty (30) days from date of invoice.

Sales Tax
Sales taxes where applicable (local, state or federal) will be added to the invoice price.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped per your request via Federal Express or UPS. Ground transportation normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Our standard freight terms are freight prepaid. All freight charges will be added to your order. Hazardous materials are charged additional fees based on the carrier.

Material Handling
We clearly label all products with specific handling guidelines. Only trained individuals should handle products containing hazardous materials. If you have a question regarding the proper handling of our products, please see the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) found on the corresponding product page.

Product Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. To return a product you must receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from your Customer Service Representative. Please call 1-866-709-0523 to receive this number. We have a 60-day return policy. Some orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
