Elite-Q™ Bladder Carcinoma Control
This product provides positive and negative controls for FISH testing of bladder cancer using DNA probes for CEP3, CEP7, CEP17 and 9p21.
Each slide contains 1 positive control (top circle) showing gains for CEP3, CEP7, CEP17 and detection on 9p21 and 1 negative control with normal diploid pattern (bottom circle). The positive control is prepared from a fixed cultured bladder cancer cell line and the negative control is prepared from a fixed cultured normal lymphoblast cell line. This control is CAP compliant for running controls with every batch of FISH slides.
Control slides are compatible with the UroVysion™ Bladder Cancer Kit. Control slides should be store at -20°C.
